When can I download PairShift?
PairShift is in development for iPhone and iPad. A release date and App Store link have not been announced. This site will link to the game when it is available.
What is included, and what is a separate purchase?
The first 10 levels, Basic and Moss boards, classic Balls, and Garden Sprites are included. Full Game is a permanent purchase for the remaining levels; you still unlock them in order. Other boards, creature sets, and extra hints are separate purchases. Final prices will appear in the app through the App Store.
Why won’t two matching pieces clear?
Matching colors alone are not enough. Each piece must be the other’s nearest surviving neighbor. Switch on connection lines, preview a different position, and then commit the move. See the play guide for more.
How do I restore a purchase?
Use Restore Purchases in Settings or on the Full Game purchase screen. Make sure you are signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Restore covers permanent Full Game and cosmetic purchases. Already-delivered hint packs are consumables and cannot be restored.
Do progress and hints sync between devices?
Progress, settings, in-progress puzzles, and unused hints are saved locally on the device. PairShift does not provide its own cross-device sync. Deleting the app can remove this data. Restoring permanent purchases does not restore your level progress or hint balance.
How do I earn hints?
You earn one hint after every ten different levels you complete for the first time. The first earned hint comes after level 10. Replaying levels does not earn more hints. You can also buy optional packs of five hints.
The app is stuck or a purchase isn’t showing. What should I do?
Close and reopen the app, and check for an app update. For purchase problems, check your connection and use Restore Purchases for permanent unlocks. Avoid deleting the app as a troubleshooting step, because progress and hints are local. If the problem continues, email us with the details below.
How do I request a refund?
Apple handles App Store purchases and refund requests. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem page to see the options available for your purchase.
