The game
PairShift is developed by Boxcue Technologies LLC. The game does not require an account, include advertising, or use third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
Data stored on your device
PairShift stores completed levels, your current puzzle, preferences, selected cosmetics, and hint balance on your device. It also stores transaction identifiers locally to prevent a purchased hint pack from being credited more than once. The game does not send this saved progress to a developer-operated server or provide its own cross-device sync.
Deleting the app can remove local progress and unused hints. Device backups are controlled by your Apple settings. Restoring permanent purchases does not restore local game progress or consumed hint packs.
Purchases
Apple processes in-app purchases. PairShift uses Apple’s StoreKit to check verified transactions and purchase entitlements. We do not receive your card number or other payment credentials. Apple processes information under its own privacy policy.
When you contact support
If you email support, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request and investigate the issue. Email providers process these messages as part of delivering and storing email. Do not send passwords or full payment details. You can contact us to request deletion of your support correspondence, subject to any records we need to retain for legal obligations or unresolved disputes.
This website
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Serving and protecting the website involves processing technical request information such as IP address, requested page, browser information, and request time. Cloudflare’s handling of information is described in its privacy policy.
We do not add advertising cookies, visitor analytics, newsletter tracking, or embedded social-media trackers to this website. Images and styles are served with the site.
Changes and questions
